re drink driving offence!!!
can anyone give me some advice!!!!
it isn't about me honestly!!!! but you probably think oh yeah!!!
we are trying to talk our friend into applying for permanent migration...
she's a nurse like me and a couple of years ago, driving to work the morning after a heavy duty session, was stopped by police doing random checks (christmas time) and found to be over the limit!!!!
it nearly finished her off!!! she's a real good lass, and believe me has punished herself for a long long time about it!!! she's getting upset now and we are just talking about it!
would she get in to australia with this conviction?
she was banned from driving for one year and given a corking fine!!!
she didn't lose her job and the then, UKCC, didn't punish her for it, just kept it on record!!!!
any information would be greatly appreciated!!!
