I am a tech and currently in the holding bay since the interviews in march in London, so go for it , I know of another 3 techs in my area who have only recently put in application forms. Nothing ventured nothing gained

Hello-
As I understand it, if techs apply they have to fork out for their visa?

Oh! Cool. So do they pay straight up for it, or do you have to claim it back once you arrive?

Re: Queensland Ambulance Service
Hi everyone we are coming out to Brisbane and surrounding area on 17th June 2007 and we were hoping to meet up with a few of you. My wife is a nurse as are a good few of the paramedics wifes on the QAS. Would anyone like to set up a meet who is over there already as i wouldn,t know where to go etc. I hope to have an interview for the QAS whilst i am out there and they said they would arrange for me to come out as an observer for a day. Looking forward to your replies Ronnie
