Default OZY exchange rate! is this for REAL?

just sourced a company which shows exchange rates for oz..
check this out.. its last years but are we anywhere close to this rate now? I have seen only about 2.00 recently...
http://www.australiandollarstoday.co.uk/

1. Is anyone aware of this company and any dealings with them.
2, could we be looking at the pound getting stronger in the short term?
3. Is the 2.07 exchange rate do-able with most firms right now.. or is that a dream?

Chiefster

You may not have seen the live charting available on Britishexpats here? This is a live interbank feed.

Hope this helps.

I recall back around 2002 it was briefly over 3 AUD to the GBP...and house prices were reasonable....

The aud to the gbp is the strongest in 25 years.

I will certainly not be transferring my gbp until this is more favourable.
And certainly not buying a house in Oz until reality has kicked in like it in the rest of the developed world.....

best of luck

BTW you can easily get an exchange rate by typing the following into the google search box:

aud to gbp

Seems the A$ dollar has come a long way on the back of interest rate
rises , makes you wonder that it has a long way to fall when rates
start to drop back . looking at NZ thay have dropped by a quarter point
and its rattled it quite a bit.

IMOA the one that waits will gain if you can?
