A couple of times I have seen an indication from posters that one 'easy' way into Oz is to study there for an academic year then remain (legally) afterwards with PR visa. How does this work? Say I took and obtained a 1 year MBA in Oz, what would I do afterwards in order to stay and work? Could I still get Oz citizenship after 2 years of working? How about spouse and children? Any idea where best to get information about qualifying courses? I presume health and character requirements must still be met - at which stage, pre study or pre PR?
