You will find that you can not exchange and complete on the same day.
Additional papers have to be prepared after exchange and most solicitors set a time of 10 days between the two.

And by the way - exchange/completion CAN be done on the same day if both solicitors know and agree in advance - I know, I've done it in the past.

Thats very weird badgers - my luck was down and out for years, but changed when I met an Aussie bloke at the MCG one day! Must be true, it IS the lucky country......
