Is there a New Australian Immigration Policy on the Anvil?
I mean Like Canada are they going to raise the points for Immigration under Skilled Category?

Immigration polices are always being updated. It is a fast changing area of the law.

With regard to your specific question, if all the people that Canada is currently in
the process of rejecting (through its new laws) apply to Australia, then sure,
something in the Australian system will have to change change. But this might not
necessarily involve a higher pass mark, it could be something like:
- tightening up on the English language requirement
- removing IT professionals from the MODL
- only giving community language points for the languages of Australia's major
trading partners.

The options are always many and varied.
