Tramway,

We used Allied Pickfords down here in Melbourne and your story is pretty much identical to ours.

We had two whole boxes go missing. Marked with their contents on the outside.

Allied Pickfords claim that they had been checked all the way through.

They dont care.

Wife distracted when signing the delivery papers in a hurry due to an chasing an unhappy 2yo.
