Medicare Card.

Medicare Card.
We are back in the UK at the moment but my 22 year old Daughter is returning to Australia next week.
When I applied for Medicare she was 17 so is named on a "Family" Medicare card which expires November 2013.
When she arrives next week does she have to apply for Medicare in her own name or can she continue with the existing card until November 2013.
Also does she have to change her address details which maybe difficult as she intends travelling for a few months before returning to Caboolture area.

She can pop into a Medicare office and complete a transfer form x

If the Caboolture addy is still her home address then she continues to use it. They don't need to know she's going travelling.
