I can make exceptions of course, it being you, and give you a leg up to reach a plateau to a higher degree of understanding. Only requirements being an open mind and willingness to learn.

It's not terrorism. But you are right that's it's a gift from the Muslim world to the west.

It's proving to be a problem when Islam meets the West. The West grants a degree of safety, independence, democracy and economic opportunity but also alienates.

Muslims would be horrified, of course, but we don't see Christians driving into Muslim crowds in the Middle East.

Islam is a problem - and it is outdated. That causes resentment as Muslims feel they are being made a mockery of - and they are.
It's not worse in Australia - Au if anything is more multi-cultural - it has been far worse in UK, France and Belgium.

That is all - and I consider myself to be fairly enlightened.

The problem is 'the west' goes and kills innocent children and familys. If someone bombed your town and shot your mother through the head while she was trying to carry your brother away from the bombing, well, you would likely want to strike back at them.

Oh and then claim the operation was a success....https://theintercept.com/2017/03/09/...ful-seal-raid/

Yeah, it's a bit more complicated though, the West isn't killing deliberately or because of some hate-filled ideology. And often we're helping out one-side at their request. And we also seem to want to help out to defend the innocent against tyranny. Sadly nothing is black and white, despite best intentions our actions cause reactions whether that is collateral damage, or creation of groups that will come and bite us later on.

Of course there is also a lot of this stuff done in the interests of the evil men in the USA that run the oil and weapons industries.
