Sorry if i'm a bit thick!!! but was there a concert in Australia because i can't seem to find anything on it.
Watching it at the moment......all was going well until "smackhead" pete doherty came on!!!

My immediate thought was Elvis then Shakin' Stevens came into play.
Think they should have stayed a happy memory, looked rather sad to me.

Not too bad so far but I don't think I will be able to stay up long enough to get through to the good bands - time to dig out the VCR.
I feel the need to set up a ticker at the tickerfactory - time till someone posts a "Where were you during the original live aid concert" thread, but I am not sure the tickers can work in minutes.

Mmm... saw Pink Floyd at Wembley Stadium some years ago. At one point they flew a ****ing great inflatable pig down a wire across the stadium which sported a great big pair of knackers so as to diferentiate it from the female pig which Roger Waters owned the copyright too. Great gig. Nearly as good as Queen at Knebworth
