Think their alleged fastest is 30Mbps... and that's very alleged and on cable only... best down the phone line is 20Mbps which is no better than anyone else...

Their service is excellent. You ring em, and generally within a couple of rings, a person, in Perth (you're not going to like that bit!) picks up the phone. No automated menus to navigate. Barely ever had a service outage, compared to Optus where our connection on the same infrastructure was down for several hours a week.
