how many years exp

i am more confused now. I posted a mess here last week, asking 4 help working out how many years exp of teaching i need b4 i can apply. I have had a mixed response. Do i need 12mthss, or 3years. How can i find the definite answwer as the booklet does not say. to get the 10 points under skilled cat i need to have worked for 3 of the last 4 years, whereas elsewhere i have read 12mths exp is enough

I take it you're on about Australia?, you didn't say!
I think it depends how many points you're after, 12 mths will give you less than if you were working 3 out if 4 years.
