I hope they are going down but they seem to be selling very quickly in my area of inner brisbane at the moment.

ok I'm trying to get my head round this new format there is a tab for sold prices now, there was a property we were looking at and it was up for 430k and it says it sold 385k-455k don't understand what it sold for

but that's got to dry up, we'll be fresh migrants granted but won't be buying!
£'s will be staying in UK until something better on the exchange rate front.
% of migrants planning to come will either not come, postpone or do same as us and rent, so that pool of buyers will become like a Sydney water reservoir!!
