Hi has anyone booked one way travel insurance any info would be great EG prices company's

We used post office. Cost £100 for 17 days.
You need to make sure that the company allow one way travel. Even if they do, check it covers you beyond the entry point. We had to look at T&C for this in most of the policies.
We chose post office over walkabout because of the medical declaration (it was also a bit cheaper). Close relatives have things covered by PO without having to check. Walkabout require you to phone and check, including meds used.
However, Walkabout include car rental liability excess limit of something like £250. Renting a car here was cheap $20 per day, but liability excess was $2500. To reduce to about $450 cost extra $16 a day. Driving in Melbourne looked scary (its not so bad actually), so we paid it.

we used post office £50 for 5 days 2 adults and 2 kids.hope this helps!
