Default fitzgibbon, bracken ridge, baldhills, sandgate, carseldine areas ???

Hi, just thinking of areas to move to north side of brisbane, already living in the south side, but due to hubbys work, in northgate, and now only 1 car, and him having to start at 5am some mornings, need to checkout the above areas. have already.. checked out the rail-lines, through to northgate, and have settled on the above areas.... via; house ( rentals ) our limits are between $ 350-$ 450 PW, schools, etc, the schools i will probably opt for is either : aspley, or albany creek, please tell me as much as possible about these or any other worthy schools please, and anything else we would need to know about please and with thanks might be helpful to know also, we have girls aged 5 and 11, currently in the grades of Prep, and grade 7 :-)
