Buy, buy, buy if you have the money. This is the highest I've seen
it in about 2 years. You can wait for it to get a bit more, but if
your unlucky, it will backfire. Our equity is still in our house, but
if I had the money I wouldn't waist one night's sleep on it!

You have to set a date in the future for when you'll pay the money over, but if your house sale gets delayed, you can roll forward the contract at no penalty (!) as often as you like.
We set up a forward exchange contract (and had to roll it forward once). It meant that we changed all our money at $2.50/£1. If we'd not done that (i.e. waited until we had the money from the house sale) we would have only got $2.17/£1.
Contact HiFX or Ozforex (we used HiFX).
I know you're exchanging Euros, but the principle is still the same.
