Excess Baggage - HELP !

Hi all,

Do ALL airlines offer the 40kg allowance for people emigrating to Aus ? I know Emirates do, but Malaysian are telling me they dont. Anyone ever got it from Malaysian ?

Very few do it now -Singapore and Emirates seem to be the ones most often mentioned as still offering it.
