I'm just about to sign a contract for a sole agent to sell my home. Its a flat fee that includes solicitor costs. In the contract it states no sale no fee but if a buyer is ready willing and able, I will have to pay legal expenses if I back out of sale.
Is this normal?
What are other peoples experiences of EA? Getting worried now, and will chat to them tomorrow, but thinking I might have to cancel photos, and go with someone else! :confused:
