Agree - it will take him a while to get his act together... Remember that it cost the LL money swap over tennants - inspections, contract etc, so the less often he has do it the better.


PunkDebutante - you said Briz western suburbs - you havent got our old place in Chapel Hill - our LL was just like attitude we got!
