Default does anyone play online poker via neteller account?

i deposited $110 us dollars from my st george bank account by EFT, and it cost me $116AU, plus a whopping $41 AU of fees on toip of that
something about this sounds reaally wrong cos this is supposed to be the most cost effective way of transferring money to neteller
i know for one thing that it is far cheaper than that to use a credit card directly to the online poker site, so i cannot understand why EFT is supposed to be the best way
any advice from anyone with experience in australia?
i'd really appreciate it

Sorry mate never used Neteller to deposit funds online I just use my CC straight on to Stars. As you say the charge sounds very high but Aussie banks seem to charge like wounded bulls for everything so it may be correct. Give St George a bell to see if they can throw any light on the situation.
