Default Desingnated Area Sponspored - form for sponsor>

Hi there

Im hoping that my cousin in Melbourne to sponsor
me through the Designated Area Sponsored catergory. Do I need to send one of my forms over to her as well as asking her to provide the bond?

Which form is this please

Many thanks
Kind Regards

Your cousin needs to fill Form 40.
The assurance of support is on form 28 - she or someone else can do
that.

Just a quick note to add that these two forms are available in the Skilled Migration Booklet 6 package that you can purchase and download from the DIMIA website for AUD$10. Alternatively, these two forms are also available for download for free on the DIMIA website as individual PDF files (without the Skilled Migration Booklet 1119).
