Hi all
Can anyone help with this question - is a child living with an ex wife classed as a dependent? (as per page 40 of General Skilled Migration Booklet). In my case access and financial support has been an informal arrangement for the last 8 years.
I am interested to know if the child requires a medical even though they live as part of a separate family to me and are not involved in any of our plans to migrate to Aus.
