I used Mark Waters from CIE Legal, details below, earlier this year when I had a former employer threatening me with legal action. Mark helped ensure these idiots realise their error. He was a good bloke, prompt responses and generally helpful and understanding. Not exactly cheap but show me a lawyer who is.

I believe they are based in South Yarra.
