Hi, I have a small metal lathe , from my apprentership, about 15kgs, length 85cm, by 25, by 25....its only worth a few hundred pounds here in the UK, but i don't want to sell it, or pay 150 to send it via the royal mail...does anyone know a cheaper way to send it to to Australia, Melbourne, or Adelaide?..cheers

Either take it as luggage - 23 kg max per bag, but prob you have only one bag if economy ticket and no FF status. Or find a frequent flier who has additional luggage allowance to take it for you as they are allowed 2-3 bags 23-32 kg depending on status and airline .
