Default Monthly outgoings

Hello everyone! We have recently decided we would like to emigrate to Perth, we would aim to be there in the next 3-4 years. My husband and I are both on the Skilled List , he is an electrician and I am a surgical nurse.
We have a little boy who would be 5 years old when we hopefully move over.
I have tried to do as much research as I can regarding salaries etc but figures change dramatically on different webpages.
Does anyone know on average what a fulltime nurse and electrician could earn? (I am aware he has to do a conversion course to meet the Australian standards). We aim to move with around £60k for a deposit for a house in the Joondalup area, is this realistic? How much roughly would our monthly outgoings be for a family of 3, 3 bedroom house, x1 car, mortgage, shopping, tv etc etc...

Thanks x
