Default Brisbane Bound

Hi folks,

Heading to Brisbane for a reccie in March and after some advice.

OH has a job at the Childrens Hosptial in the city and would like a commute time of no more than 40 - 45 mins. Which areas are worth a look when we come across, good schools/colleges a must.

Also any other must see's and do's appreciated.

Hey Brian, sorry about what happened to your brothers (Karl and Dennis) but I love your music. Keep the 'Good Vibrations' going bro :-)

As to answering your question, maybe look at Caboolture which is just up the Bruce Highway, no ideas about schools though - sorry

We prefer the Northside of the river and if your Oh is at the Childrens Hospital I think you are better placed for travelling on the northside. Guess it depends on your budget though. Can't tell you much about schools but lots of things to do here. The CBD has little tourist places with leaflets and the like with places to go of interest ie Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, galleries, zoo, bush walks. We are not bored of the Sunshine Coast yet. It is beautiful to visit and would ideally love to stay there. Enjoy x
