Bridgeman Downs area - Brisbane

Bridgeman Downs area - Brisbane
Hi
We are on our way to Brisbane and have started researching areas. Has anyone got any opinions of Bridgeman Downs? Is it commutable to Brisbane CBD either by train or by car? I know there are no schools in Bridgeman Downs itself but can anyone recommend any good primary schools in the area?

Bridgeman Downs is a lovely area, the houses are mostly quite expensive/exclusive. The nearest schools would be Albany Creek or Aspley. Mine go to Aspley East (State school) and we couldnt be happier with it.
There isn't a train station at Bridgeman Downs, but I travel into the city every day in about 30 mins by car (although its at 8.30am after peak hour).
