From previous posts you mentioned termimesh for the termite system. All the white sticky up pipes should have the termimesh (very fine stainless steel wire mesh) collars applied and sealed before the concrete pour.
Looks like an early start to check. Camera time.
Also watch how much water they add to the truck on site. Given the distance the truck is travelling from South Street there is no need to add water. More water can stretch how far the concrete goes and weakens the final strength.

Spraying only helps to cool down the slab (mixed concrete is warm) during curing to minimise cracking. Slab will still crack due to extra water in mix (above) and the watering should continue for at least a week (or the slab is covered) but never does.

Yes it leaves the batch plant ready mixed, but on site the driver waters it up to enable it to be placed quicker so they can get extra deliverie$ in the day
Placement of the concrete should be done with a vibrator but some concretor's believe that straight out of the pump is good enough. The vibrator removes air bubble trapped in the concrete which reduces the risk of concrete cancer (corrosion of the reinforcing steel that cracks the concrete).

The turtles could use the polystyrene for boogie boards LOL.
As for the koala corridor, hmmm.
The cycle path path between the special and state schools used to be a good place to see koalas. Look for fresh scats (poo pellets) on the concrete then look up (it's usually safe to do that ). Well, it was until the special school had some trees removed

If your house was being built in the UK they would still be having a cup of tea at this stage.

It's good to see a success story as it gives the rest of us waiting at the opposite end hope and inspiration.
Cheers for all of your info.
