bonus points for oz

hi there, i am about to send off my 47sk in a couple of weeks, i was wondering if anyone could give me some info on declaring bonus points on the 47sk for investment of $100,000 as i need these 5 points to reach the pass mark. also anyone got any ideas where i could raise the money.
