If a baby is born overseas to Australian citizens, the mother decides to stay overseas gives birth overseas and is away for at least six months starting three months before the baby is born, what are a entitlements as she has a full time job?

That would depend mostly on the laws and customs where the mother is currently living.

My guess was entitlement to Australian citizenship.

Depends. In Aus maternity leave varies between employers - and re-reading it, its not even clear if the job is in Australia.

Definitely need more info from the OP as to what they are after. Could een mean entitlements to welfare benefits.

OP, when you posted last month you were talking about your wife being PR and having applied for RRVs. Has she now had her citizenship ceremony? Very quick if she has!
