Lightbulb Australian news by radio

Little idea for people out there who are interested in news etc from Australia. ABC Newsradio broadcasts on the internet, and during the evening (UK time) they have non-stop news, both Australian and international. Gives you an idea of the stuff that is important to Australians, stuff on finance, shares, weather etc....

http://www.abc.net.au/newsradio/

and then in the column under Useful Links click on :
NEWSRADIO LIVE
Real Audio

If you haven't already thought of it, give it a go - sometimes gives a different perspective on the stories that are news in the UK and also gives a good idea of the priorities Australians have.

(I'm sure there are some people out there who will ridicule me for even suggesting that it could be useful to find out what is important to Australians, but after a bottle of Piper's Brook Chardonnay,I don't care.....!!)
