I remember this feeling, and my husband saying we should buy a lottery ticket too, it was a saturday, we had just got our letter asking for our bond money so we reconed that we were in and should celebrate, i also got the all clear on my smear (ok not as good as selling your house but i had been worried about it) we bought a lottery ticket, didnt win a thing but i did end up pregnant!!!!
Buy a lottery ticket, infact buy more than 1, but be careful how much you celebrate

Great!!! So that guy likes your house and not the cheaper/smaller one down the road? Terrific! Must have been a great sales pitch you did! Hopefully it'll all proceed really quickly now with a first time buyer.
This is really being a good week. Our buyer rang last night to impress upon us how keen they are and that they will make the deadline. Weird having someone ring us - with the last guy it was us doing all the chasing. The valuer is coming Friday.

Wish i could take the credit jo, but these are the buyers from last time, but they are so keen they have dropped their house from £159 to £140 to get a cash buyer, so its go go go!!!!!!
