AHC processing time changed for Partner Visas

AHC processing time changed for Partner Visas
My fiance received approval for a Prospective Marriage visa in 3 weeks (application included medicals and police checks). We were rather surprised at how quickly London AHC processed his application given time quoted on their web site was 6 months.
Therefore out of curiousity I have checked the AHC website to see if it has come down .... it has. Now 4 MONTHS instead of 6.
