Agents
Hi all,
After much research, it seems that Auz are saturated with printers. One agent told us they are thinking about taking them off the SOL list next year! :scared:
A SIR visa won't work out for us as there is no work hardly and the vacancies there are you have to have residency.
The only chance we have is writing to each printer in Victoria to see if we can get sponsorship but an agent said to us that if we did this we will definately need an agent.
Our dream of locating over there seems to be getting further away!
I would apprieciate any views that anyone has on good/bad agents and printing jobs.

I saw in a post a while ago that someone put up a link to a site that specialised in printing jobs.
I'm sorry that's a bit vague but a search may bring it up.
We've come up against a few brick walls on our path and I'm sure we'll come up against more
but I'm going to keep battling on because Australia is where we want to be.
Have you thought of any other avenues such as student visa?
It really might be worth getting it touch with an agent. I'm considering it.
There really are some good ones recomended on here. The obvious ones being George Lombard,
Ian Harrop, Go Matilda (Allan Collette) amongst others.
I really hope things pan out for you both.

if you talk to john nye our agent based in perth he will give you no bull

as to what he will say about an agent saying they will be taking printer off the sol then it probably not get printed, he is straight talkin guy.
he can also do an australian qualification in the job that want or need to to get in
