Goto Tipping Comp and scroll down and register in the British Expats Tipping Comp.

Well, pressuming you have used a legitimate email address you should get a reminder each week to enter your tips before the bounce down of the first game. Goto http://www.tabtipping.com/ and sign in and then up the top in red you should see Tipping click on it and fill out your tips.
