ACS application?

Has anyone applied to the ACS for Skilled Migration/MODL points? I am a MCSE with about 7 years experience with 'Blue Chip' company in server and network o/s support, recently promoted as a Manager. Any idea of my chances and advice on applying for those vital 60 points? And how do I go about applying for the MODL points?
