Rick B / 6000 etc – GONE ?
Amazing, just looking at the posters in this SA forum and the short bursts of all talk SA rah rah rah stuff has all gone. No staying power.
Recently we have the next wave of posters, of course, come on here with their once only posts claiming that the consistent content on here is all nonsense.
I chose Rick B to highlight as he came on this forum so strong that I was a (forum) bully boy and he was going to show me and the readers that I was just another racialist and anti-Africanism. Yeah right ! That same old card that just keeps getting played.
Can anyone show me a member here from South Africa that consistently offers contribution to this forum on an ongoing basis that whistles the tune that there are no problems with SA ? Even Miss Eck that went to SA for a holiday has still not posted back any feedback.
It’s the same *attitude* that is sinking South Africa. People DO NOT want to hear the negatives and prefer to bury their head in the sand.
Pass another beer, chop & wors.

It's just that most of the posts are a bit same-old same-old. I'd happily chat about my recommendations in the Kruger Park, or how I'd forgotten just how cold the sea is off Clifton, but most folk just want to have a fight.

"The short one dragged me down the passage to the bedroom by my hair and tied me to the bed with my gown. "I begged and pleaded, but he just wouldn't listen. One hit me so hard in the face that I went all dizzy." Coetzee said he fought back hard: "Every time I saw a face, I hit it."
"When he grabbed one of our knives and wanted to stab me, I hit his wrist so hard that the knife fell out of his hand."
His attacker grabbed a table cloth, bound it round his neck and twisted it twice. "Then he dragged me to the bedroom through the splinters of the glass pot that had been on the table and tied me hand and foot to the washbasin with a sheet."
He thinks the attackers took fright when they heard his neighbour getting his car out of the garage. "I wriggled free and untied my wife before we phoned the neighbours. A policeman who lives across the road, telephoned the police," he said.
The intruders are thought to have gained access by jumping over the gate of the complex and entering through the door to the veranda, which was open. ****

Ah, but what you don't understand my friend, is that most of this type that come on here are members of what is called the homecoming revolution - a government sponsored front for enticing professionals back so they can keep their tax base going and who lie through their teeth. What I was trying to say is that what new prospectice posters see is what you post on here and it discourages them from posting in the first place. I do realise that you are between a rock and a hard place though!

She was only going on holiday. I daresay her experiences were your usual typical holiday experiences of a few meals out, seeing sights etc. Why should she bother writing it up and saying she had a nice time? She's seen enough of your posts to know that you'll tear her apart. If I were her, I wouldn't bother either.

The only thing that rattles them is that they might get mugged, murdered, raped, or bitten by some nasty African insect. Well let 'em get bitten. A bit of reality will do them good.
