Accountant marked as flagged 2016/2017

Accountant marked as flagged 2016/2017
Hi,
I'm new to this forum so I hope I'm not picking up an old thread.
I'm currently studying towards my ACCA qualification and hoping to finish it by the end of 2017.
It is always in my head to move back to Australia (was there on a WHV) on a skilled visa as an accountant. But now I saw that on the SOL list accountants are marked as flagged so they might be removed. Is it possible that they remove the occupation in July 2017?
There is no way I get my qualification before July 2017. So is it possible that they take accountants off the list and I will miss my chance to get a skilled visa?

Yes it is always possible, for this and for every other occupation. Accountant has been flagged for some years and seems to keep on surviving though.
