Default AAT US equivalent

Hi

Does anybody know if the US has an equivalent of the AAT, what classification would the AAT be in the eyes of US employers:

Bachelors
High School Diploma
Associates

etc.

But to be honest its probably worth more. My ex wife who is american did a two years associates degree in accounts and I completed AAT at technician level she didnt know half the stuff we learnt on AAT. So I think AAT is a little more advance. But dont know certain
