Location: the northern beaches suburb of Cromer with tropical bushland setting. It is 8 -10 mins drive to Dee Why/Long Reef/Collaroy beach and 5 mins drive to Narrabeen lake where you can fish, kayak, walk, cycle or simply sit and feel you have come to Paradise. It is a 30 mins drive to the city centre non peak time: 1 min walk to bus stop. The bus can take you directly to the city (40 mins - 60 mins), or drop you off at, a) Dee Why (15 mins trip), where you could shop or walk to beaches and beachside eateries, or b) Warringah Mall, a massive undercover shopping centre. Manly can be reached via 2 buses; it is a 15 mins drive away. In the other direction, going north by bus or car, you have one glorious beach after another all the way up to Palm Beach.
We require a quiet and clean tenant. Prefer mature single or a couple. A well behaved pet may be considered.
