Permanent exchange wanted for our lovely newly built 3 bed 2 bath quad house in Los Alcazares, Euro Roda, San Javier, Murcia for a smaller property in any of the following areas Costa del Sol, Costa Tropical, Costa Blanca, Almeria. We would consider an exchange in Sussex, UK
Our house is in a lovely area just a 10 minute drive to the San Javier Airport, five minute drive to the well known Roda Golf Course, gorgeous blue flag beaches, short level walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, local street markets.
Just a short drive to Murcia, Cartegena, La Manga Hyatt Hotel and Golf Course, Espuna Mountains, Mazzaron. We are close to the wonderful health giving mud flats, enjoy the benefits to ease rheumatism, arthritis and joint pain, relax in the warm waters of the Mar Menor.
Perfect location for families, disabled, less mobile, elderly, all age groups. Close to Health Centres and Hospitals with English speaking staff. We are a few minutes drive from the main AP7 linking to all other major roads.

We are looking for a permanent exchange for a property on one level, apartment, smaller villa, finca we are open to suggestions. Our house is too big for the two of us, my husband is paralysed on his right side and we are now unable to use our house as often as we would like to and this is why we now have to exchange for something smaller.
