Just a few limited photos taken of the house on the day the building inspection  happened. We only got to the first floor but, hey, its a few to whet the appetite!

This is the back part of the garage- the workshop side, and on the otherside..

a bedroom at the moment, but who knows if it will stay that way!

The lounge end of the living area, on the first floor.

The balcony. It is always sunny on this side of the house. A real sun trap!.

The kitchen end. This is a slightly poor photo of Carlee, Andy's other work mate. It was her fella that did the inspection for us.

Up to the second floor.

That's all we have for the moment. When we next get in there we will take more.
