Just a quick one. First off, John the mortgage man has been over and made all the right noises about the likelyhood of us getting a second mortgage. This of course = good! To celebrate we went to the house and took some pics of the outside. It looks pretty nondescript really, but is really good inside:

The front, complete with company car. 4 floors in total, garage on ground, lounge and kitchen on 1, 2 bedrooms + bathroom on 3 and master bedroom on 4 (in the roof space - there's a window on the garage side):
We then walked from here to town - takes 8 minutes to Cathedral Sq which is the same as where we are now so all good on that front. So, just need to hear from the bank now and if all good there then it's time to get *really* excited.
Leaving T to do some sketching and painting at home, I headed off to Sumner to do a spot more fishing. Following the successes of last week I took the camera this time. It was a lot colder, and the water was pretty rough, but the success continued as I caught these two fellas:
So, can anyone enlighten me to what this is?
And as for this one, well it's a member of the shark family and in the UK I'd I.D. it as a Starry Smooth-Hound but as for here, 12000 miles away, I'm not so sure:
I really enjoyed being out in the fresh air, and a couple of hours before dinner was perfect for me. All in all, a bloody good day!
