A SIZE 12!!!!!!!!!

It is all very exciting.

First, hello to everyone- I do help Andy with the blog and he normally does write it, but I am here today with my exciting news!

A few weeks ago I bought a pair of size 12 trousers from The Warehouse, after first trying on a size 14 and the waist was too BIG! Too big I thought? Surely I am not that slim!

But YES!

I quickly despatched Andy to seek out  a smaller size, and he came running back, his head slightly glistening,  displaying with great triumph a  pair of Size 12's above his head!

And to my utmost disbelief, they slid over my thighs and once vast bottom, only to zip and button up at the waist! I was in a state of shock, never in my life, well, since I was about 18, have I been a size 12!

It was a fluke I told myself! Never could I be a size 12.

No seriously.....

It was a really great feeling, but I did feel deep down it was probably just the type of trousers. They weren't stretchy or anything, they are just a pair of light weight comabt trousers.

However, it's really only now - the weekend just gone - that I have truly realised that I am indeed a size 12!

On Friday afternoon, after we had both been paid, I went shopping. I found some really great bargins! I saved Andy sooooo much money!

I bought a really nice kahki green corset style top, a denim pencil skirt, both of which are a size 12, and a really nice wrap around green cardigan. I wore them out to the theatre on Friday night! I felt really great!

As I was on a roll, I thought it was only fair to continue and as I have been off schooI I have done what I do best, and SHOP. Just to clear it up, not just for me, I have also shopped for Andy. He is getting his fair share of MEDIUM sized clothes. He is looking very sharp at the mo....

I got a great T-shirt which has wonderwoman on the front - it's fantastic!  It is from a series of retro t-shirts in a local shop. The next one I want is a Superman one as it's just up my street. I also managed to get a brilliant bargain - from The Warehouse again - a pair of size 12 jeans! For only $17!!!!!!!!

So its offical! I am a size 12!

Yay for me - I just need to keep it up and get to a size 10!

Toni that is great news! Well done my dear! Was it with the Jenny Craig?? have you been sticking to that? xx Size 12... not long before your saying your a size 10!
