It's a sign!A 'for sale' sign. On my house this morning! Actually when i saw it going up i felt quite queasy! Bit of a 'what the heck are we doing?' feeling. But it only lasted a few minutes - especially when i looked out and it had started to rain again! The estate agent has really been trying hard today - i have had three phone calls, a revised copy of the house details (still a couple of daft typos but it is about a squillion times better than their first attempt) and an appointment for a viewing tomorrow!
