Step one - Getting to know your grandchild.......... . . . . Graham and i are off to Edinburgh tomorrow for a whole weekend without any kids!!  Graham's mum has drawn the short straw and will be here looking after the the kids (well actually she volunteered  ) so my task this evening is to draw up a set of instructions on feeding, sleeping and general cleanliness.I have to admit that my list is not going to be quite as comprehensive as the one started above but i do hope that i can at least alleviate some of the problems she will face when Rhys rebels because 'nana, that is not the way that it is supposed to be done!!!! - you should be doing it like this ...' Actually I am sure that she could manage perfectly well without the instructions - but i cant pass up an excuse as good as this for writing a list.
