If you haven't been to our "Update" forums in our Australia, New Zealand or Canada forum. You should do, it's a great way to read a first hand account of life as an expat. The ups, downs, good, bad, positive and negatives. So go read, or better still post your own update and share your story of how life is in your new adopted country.
