Well this morning we have a shiney new "Sold" sign in our front garden! :o)  I have decided to hand my notice in next week, so then I can concentrate on selling stuff and getting our old lives tied up and and new ones under way.

Managed to sell OH's gym yesterday - the bloke came all the way down from Darlington to pick it up, hope he can suss out how it all goes back together.

This week's been a cracking week for our savings account. We've managed to pay-in three times!  Its keeping us motivated and is focusing the mind when we can see the fund growing all the time.  I get a little frustrated that I cant contribute more than I am (got a £500 gas bill to pay on monday - and I'm only able to do that because of the good old Family Tax Credits).

We have a tracking number from Panel Doc's for the additional information that they requested - the GPO web-site is still giving no info, but Panel docs' are adamant that it went on Tuesday. I'm hoping they (HOC) can look at it soon, I really dont want to move out without it.  Even if they look at it at the outer time scales on their request email, we SHOULD bee OK!?  Hope so

Completed all form that the solicitor requested on Tuesday - and delivered them in person on Wdnesday so there's no delay and I can be satisfied that they'e received them.

The house buyers are coming tomorrow morning to have alook round, better make sure its still as immaculate as the first time round, we don't want them changing their mind's now do we!?
