Offer of £130k accepted (after a bit of two-ing and foring) this morning!

Call us mad if you like for accepting such a lesser amount, but we have a lot of equity in this place and with the market as it is who knows when and if we will get another?

No further news on the Visa ... cant be long now though surely!
