Rolf ....... what a legend !

Tomorrow we notch up at the 7 weeks mark of waiting for WA sponsorship news. We are potentially over half way there! C'MON U SPOSNORSHIP!  The general concensus of opinion (amongst friends, family and work colleagues) is that WA are looking at our file - why should they request information if they werent? However -  I'm NOT getting my hopes up, and then it will be a welcome surprise if it happens. I'm compiling a spreadsheet - and there are some people getting approval before the 12-16 weeks - but on average it seems to be 13 weeks.

We are having a very lazy Saturday - it's cold n wet (yeah another beautiful day in paradise) me and the kids are having a duvet day - 2 out of 3 have cough's that any black-plague sufferer would be proud of. We were also awake most of the night - a flat above one of the (many) take-away's that we back onto were having a cracking party last night! It sounded fab and the music was excellent - amongst the bass-line thumps were shouts n screams of enjoyment - it would of been excellent - IF IT DIDN'T GO ON FROM 1.20AM to 4.00AM !! Cheers kids! Grrr !! I envisaged myself stomping in, one-eye open, hair over my face, with my usual sleepy-slather mark down one cheek, scissors in one hand - chopping through the music system  electrical cord, before turning on my heals n stomping back out .....

Me n the kids favourite advert on TV at the moment is for a certain insurance company that have a little British Bull Dog Terrier as their mascot - the one where the couple say "you cant beleive what he says, only last week he said he was helping Rolf Harris move home" - then cut's to Rolf saying "do you know what it is yet"? holding a peice of flat-pack furniture using it as a wobble board n his preverbial pantings a-hmm-ahh-hahhhaa-aaa etc FAB!

The kids always shout " ROLF HARRIS - WHAT A LEGEND"!!!
